Production sports-streaming platform built from MVP to revenue as a solo engineer. Handles RTSP ingestion, real-time video processing via FFmpeg, and distributed delivery across 11 multi-court venues — processing ~2TB/hr. Achieved ~80% user-to-purchase conversion via integrated Stripe payments.
A developer tool built in Java and published on the JetBrains Marketplace. Load CSV, Excel, or JSON files directly in IntelliJ IDEA, profile every column, apply a point-and-click cleaning pipeline, and get ready-to-run Python code generated automatically — no separate environment needed.
